## How it works

1. Publishers apply at https://rottenads.com/apply (or by API/MCP) with traffic type, geos, verticals and expected volume. Advertisers send the offer, payout, allowed traffic and caps.
2. RottenAds reviews every publisher before going live and sets up the account on its tracking platform.
3. New campaigns launch with a test cap; quality is reviewed before scaling.
4. Publishers are paid weekly by wire. Payout changes and paused offers are emailed to affected publishers as soon as they happen.

## Compliance

- Email: CAN-SPAM. Publishers use the offer's suppression list, a working unsubscribe and a physical address, and only approved subject lines and from lines.
- SMS: TCPA and carrier rules. Prior express written consent for every number and STOP handling.
- Traffic quality: no incentivized, bot, proxy, co-registration or call-center traffic unless the offer allows it.
